2. CNC flame/plasma cutting machines are highly efficient and energy-efficient cutting equipment. They are suitable for precision cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metal sheets of various thicknesses, improving material utilization and saving time and materials. CNC flame cutting machines can cut high-quality carbon steel with a maximum thickness of 5-300mm.
3. The gantry-style crossbeam offers strong load-bearing capacity and is suitable for large spans. It features an effective double-sided drive, compact structure, and integral tempering to fully eliminate weld stress, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
4. The X-axis guide rails utilize domestic or imported linear guides for high precision and excellent guidance. The Y-axis guide rails utilize custom-made guide rails with a ground surface for high mechanical precision and wear resistance.
5. The transmission racks and gears are custom-made by professional manufacturers, case-hardened and hardened for high precision. The X- and Y-axis drives utilize German NEUGART high-precision, high-torque, low-backlash, maintenance-free planetary gear reducers. 6.
